The easiest way to purchase your Tickets is online using our online booking system. Once you have purchased your Tickets you will receive an email from us containing your booking confirmation and E-Tickets. Please print your booking confirmation and E-Tickets and bring them with you on the night of the Show.
Once you have purchased your Tickets via our online booking system It normally only take a few minutes for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to come through to your email address, however, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to come through to your email address, so please be patient.
If your booking confirmation and E-Tickets have not arrived to your inbox on your email address within 24 hours, then they may have ended up going into your junk mail folder. Please ensure you check your junk mail folder on your email address as well, as sometimes your booking confirmation and E-Tickets can end up going into your junk mail folder accidentally.

Yes, it’s very secure and we only collect your details in a secure environment. All debit and credit card transactions made on our website are done via WorldPay who have the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We do not store any of your debit or credit card details.
Sorry, the answer is no, we cannot accept any 3rd party debit or credit cards, she or he will have to make the booking for you for security reason. We hear horror stories all the time about debit and credit card abuse but luckily we have an amazing track record for debit and credit card security that we like to maintain to the highest standard.
Unfortunately not, just like all other concert, theatre and show Tickets you must book and pay for them at the time of booking. Please beware that our shows sell out very quickly so it’s advised that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
This will depend on which location and show you’re going to, all of the information on arrival times etc can be found on your E-Tickets and right here on our website. We ask that you strictly follow these times as they are set for a reason. Failure to turn up on time or arrive once the show has started, could result in you and your party being refused entry and your Tickets could be cancelled.
Our show is for over 18s only and you will need to bring ID with you on the night even if you look over the age of 18. This is for age verification and security purposes.
We allow fancy dress as our shows are all about having fun with your friends, however, please be aware that if you bring any giant inflatables or any other large objects with you these may be taken off you and stored until you leave the Venue. This is for health and safety purposes.

Sorry, but we can’t cater for individual food requirements as our buffet is a set menu, however, we try to give the best selection we can possible. If you have a food intolerance or food allergy, please tell one of our staff on arrival at the show as your health and safety is our number one priority.

Absolutely not as this is now against the law. All of our Venues have smoking areas so please use them.
We only offer reserved tables at some of our shows as part of a package deal we offer, most of the seating at the show is theatre style to ensure everyone can see.
Unfortunately not, all Tickets must be purchased in advance and we do not take any money on the door. This is for your security and ours so we can account for everybody in the building.
Each of our Venues have different lighting rigs, some of which do have strobe lighting effects. We cannot guarantee that strobe lighting will not be used at the show so if you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing lights you must make us aware of this upon booking your Tickets.
The stage is for the performers and show only, we ask that you refrain from trying to climb up onto the stage at anytime at all. This is for health and safety reasons, anybody caught trying to climb onto the stage may be asked to leave.
We do not allow the touching of performers without their consent, anybody caught trying to touch any of our performers without their consent will be ejected from the show immediately.
